In addition, Mohammed has experience working on financial due diligence and transaction support (TAS) for a high-profile merger in the petrochemicals sector in Saudi Arabia.
Mohammed holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Prince Sultan University (PSU) and is a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Ahmed has extensive Assurance (Audit) experience and knowledge in various sectors such as healthcare, information and communication technology, manufacturing, retail, services, trading, contracting, and real estate.
These sectors included both private and listed, high-profile companies.
Ahmed graduated from Prince Sultan University (PSU) with a bachelor’s in accounting and a minor in Finance. He is also a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Omar has over 28 years of professional experience in Assurance (Audit) and Internal Audit Services at Big Four Accounting Firms and Multinational Corporations.
Omar had worked for nearly 15 years in the Assurance (Audit) Service of Ernst and Young (Riyadh Office), 4 years in the Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) and Assurance (Audit) services of Deloitte (UAE and Jordan), 10 years in Accounting and Internal Audit Services at KLM – Royal Dutch Airlines (UAE) – and at other Multinational Companies in the USA and Canada.
As an Associate Principal at EY Riyadh Assurance (Audit) Service, Omar handled numerous and different engagements in a variety of private and public sectors such as real estate, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, information and communication technology, trading, contracting, and government entities (most notably Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) both cash and accrual basis of accounting and the four Milling Companies). Moreover, these sectors included both private and listed, high-profile companies.
At Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services (ERS), Omar supervised multiple internal audit assignments for multinational companies in the UAE and Jordan, most notable, Royal Jordanian Airlines, Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company, and Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. Omar also worked for the Assurance (Audit) Services of Deloitte (UAE), as an audit supervisor, in a variety of sectors, such as real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail.
Since March 2022, Omar has been working on audit assignments for multinational groups, companies, and branches, that cover industries such as real estate, hospitality, construction, and investments. Moreover, Omar supervised and led an internal audit assignment for a major construction company in KSA.
Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Akron in Ohio (Ohio, USA), and a graduate degree in Accounting from Indiana University, (Indiana, USA). He is a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the state of Alaska and a Certified Internal Auditor from the USA.

Raid has over 10 years of experience in the Assurance (Audit) Service
of EY, PWC, and KPMG Riyadh Offices. He has audit experience in the manufacturing, retail, real estate, hospitality, government, and transportation industries, in private and listed, high-profile companies.
After leaving EY in 2017, Raid joined the Arabian Agricultural Services Company (ARASCO) as deputy Finance manager. From January 2021 onwards, Raid was appointed as the General Manager of Finance for Saudi Customs and subsequently for the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
For the above entities, Raid has developed and led the finance departments,
established KPIs to evaluate the performance of the entities operations, provided detailed feasibility studies for expansion of operations, including production lines, both in Saudi Arabia and abroad. He also supervised the complex accounting transition from cash basis to accrual basis for the two Government Authorities mentioned above.
Raid is a licensed member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (license #548) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from King Saud University (KSA).
